A HEAD SCARF is NOT by nature muslim. The fact that muslims wear them is meaningless
I know Jews, Buddhists, Christians, and other women who wear head scarves.
Certainly you would not suggest the women in the US in the 40s and 50s when it was all the fashion were all muslims would you? Of course not. IT IS NOT THE HEAD SCARF. It is the ideology. The nib and the burka are consistent with the ideology. The head scarf is often worn by those who are NT muslim
