God’s wrath was wrought on Christ. Any that suffer for Christ shall be saved.

Any that BELIEVE on Him well be saved.

Suffering does not secure our salvation.

The suffering for Christ comment did NOT exclude those that are also saved by Grace thru their belief, faith and fellowship with Christ and his Father our Lord.

However, as evil is allowed to increase as it must before Christ’s return, more and more Christians will end up suffering for their faith in Christ.
