The first reference I had to you calling me *John* was on a thread I posted by John MacArthur, so don't give me any nonsense about you never having heard of him before.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think the Catholics like John MacArthur much. He is, of course, distantly related to General Douglas MacArthur.
