Most of the Apocryphal accounts of Jesus’ physical appearance (including that of Pontuis Pilate) have Him with either grey or blue eyes and an uncommon complexion that stood Him apart from the other Jews.
You might want to broaden your vision with some extra-Scriptural reading -

In the Bible are descriptions of David and Israelites which often claim them to be particularly ruddy or red in appearance. The book of Song of Solomon has in depth descriptions of two people who sound pretty "white". I personally think that Sarah, Rebecca, Leah and Rachel were part Caucasian. Sarah had the same father, but a different mother than Abraham. Perhaps Abraham's brother Nabar also had the same mother as Sarah being younger than Abraham as Sarah was. If you go back in Sacred Scripture there is a prophecy given to Noah pertaining to the future of his son's progeny. It was said in that prophecy that Japheth would dwell in the tents of Shem. Japheth is the Caucasian race. Shem includes the race that Abraham is a part of. How does Japheth dwell in the tents of Shem while not being a servant as the descendants of Ham would be? Through marriage of course. That is the answer to that riddle. Sacred Scripture says that Abraham and Sarah both had the same father, but had different mothers. Marriage of Shem with Japheth I believe occurred first between Abraham's father and Sarah's mother and then through their progeny being Sarah and Nabar. Nabar Abraham's brother, possible half brother, who may have had a Japheth mother, descendants were Rebecca, Leah and Rachel. If true they being the progeny of both Shem and Japheth and then intermarrying with Isaac and Jacob would explains the “whiteness” of many Israelites and fulfills Noah's prophesy.
Interesting enough is that when the Northern Kingdom dispersed they again likely ended up marrying Japheth descendants in the areas of the Caucuses.
