(Mother Teresa's missionary order)
VATICAN CITY Pope Francis was shocked and profoundly saddened by the murder of four Missionaries of Charity and 12 other people at a home for the elderly in Aden, Yemen. Gunmen entered the building on Friday and went room to room, handcuffing victims before shooting them in the head.
A message signed by the Vatican Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, said the Holy Father sends the assurance of his prayers for the dead and his spiritual closeness to their families and to all affected from this act of senseless and diabolical violence.
The message said Pope Francis prays that this pointless slaughter will awaken consciences, lead to a change of heart and inspire all parties to lay down their arms and take up the path of dialogue.
It concludes with a strong appeal for an end to the ongoing violence in Yemen. In the name of God, he calls upon all parties in the present conflict to renounce violence, and to renew their commitment to the people of Yemen, particularly those most in need, whom the Sisters and their helpers sought to serve, the message reads. Upon everyone suffering from this violence, the Holy Father invokes Gods blessing, and in special ways he extends to the Missionaries of Charity his prayerful sympathy and solidarity.

May be of interest.
I posted this on another thread last night:
Just got back from Mass here in Abu Dhabi and the 4 Sisters of Mercy killed in Yemen were a part of the Vicariate here. Of course prayers were offered for them and the others killed in the community. When the priest make the announcement at the beginning of Mass that they had been killed he also included an interesting remark:
The attack was precise and pre-meditated
Prayers up. I hope to attend the memorial Mass on Wednesday night.
Maybe solicit the Catholic Charities to stop funding islam invasion? That’s a start. After that, start eliminating the jihads that infiltrate your domain.
>His Holiness Pope Francis was shocked and profoundly saddened to learn of the killing of four Missionaries of Charity and 12 others at a home for the elderly in Aden
yet no mention of the cult or evil and murder islam. Wake TH up morons. islam is out to kill you if you do not submit.

How about the “diabolical” attacks on children by priests that the Church is still protecting? Why doesn’t he do something about that?
>I hope to attend the memorial Mass on Wednesday night.
I’d rather the worthless USA government queue up some drones to wipe out the filth that did this.
Yet the pope apparently does not see that his celebrated invasion of Europe by Muslim hordes will lead to this sort of thing a thousand times over.
Who woke him up?
Hey Mr. Pope? That’s just social reality...
And Poop Francis is advising all Christians to open their countries up to muslims???? This guy is not making a lick of sense since he got elected.....
How many times must we listen to his incessant tripe about dialogue?
Did Pope St Pius V dialogue with Selim II?
President Obama said we succeeded in Yemen
******************
That was the "royal" "we" meaning Obunghole AND ISIS ... silly wabbit.
P.S. When the hell is this moronic socialist pope going to be struck down? Can we get him recalled or something?

AGREED! dialogue is sometimes called “diplomacy” ,, it’s only value is in delaying the inevitable so that you may be able to change what was inevitable usually by giving you time to strengthen or for you to gain some advantage. BUT he obviously is giving the ISLAMISTS time to gain the foothold THEY need ...
Your pope (who is not a pope - stop insulting the office of Vicar of Christ and the Catholic Church by allowing that heretic non-Catholic the title of “pope”) has a jet doesn’t he?
Let him load up the jet with his guards and security force and ride off to Yemen and stand before the Islamic Jihadists and lay their glocks and spears and swords and hatchets down in the middle of town for the Jihadists to see that your pope really means what he says.
What do you say, Mrs. Don-o?
Don’t provoke me.
I respect Catholicism, but this Pope is a damned fool.
Yemen is described by Wikipedia as a KLEPTARCHY.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kleptocracy
Kleptocracy, alternatively cleptocracy or kleptarchy, (from Greek: κλέπτης - kleptēs, "thief" and κράτος - kratos, "power, rule", hence "rule by thieves" and is a term applied to a government seen as having a particularly severe and systemic problem with officials or a ruling class (collectively, kleptocrats) taking advantage of corruption to extend their personal wealth and political power.
Typically this system involves the embezzlement of state funds at the expense of the wider population, sometimes without even the pretense of honest service.
I'd say they were right on the money. They don't seem to be changing for the better is any direction.
OK, I apologize. Maybe that was not called for.
That aside, if you will allow, don’t you think there is a point here? Is it really an option to have everyone lay down their arms and meet at the negotiating table?
The Muslims’ very self definition is to bring about submission, and to grant no peace until they do so.
How do you negotiate with such folks?!!! They are so far from ever negotiating and any that they appear to do is explicitly urged by their own utterly corrupt book to be merely a rouse for deceiving their enemy and conquering them.
True popes in the past came to realize this and sought to physically destroy the infidels.
Thank God and Mother Mary’s kindly intercession for the miraculous victory over the Muslim infidels as in the Battle of Lepanto in 1571, urged on by Pope Saint Pius V.
May I add, that the Sisters of Charity were arguably put in far more danger by Bergoglio’s and other Marxists such as B. Hussein’s, endless overtures of soft talk and “kindness” and “mercy” and “understanding shown to the undeserving hideous murderous bloody infidels!
The infidels apparently think there will be no reprisals as they await the West to drop their weapons and come to the negotiating table as the infidels plan their next kill with even greater boldness.
I AM provoked by this present anti-pope “Francis”!
