It's the ‘snarky’ remarks, the ‘holier than thou’ remarks that some people make that turns us the way we are...

You want to discuss, fine, you don't like my opinion, don't try to put me down or intimate me into believing my remarks are wrong, they are as every bit as right as right as mine and everyone else’s here....quit trying to over oblowivate your self, it doesn't work!!!

"Oblowivate"??? Are we making up new words now? And you have nerve accusing others of being "holier than thou". You presume to attack Cruz over whether or not he gives to his church (with absolutely no knowledge of how much he actually gives). How much more judgmental can you get? As far as Trump goes, he is trying to appeal to evangelicals by claiming to be one of them. In that case, isn't it fair to judge him by his own words? His comments indicate a lack of understanding of basic Christian doctrine.

It is between Trump and God whether or not he is saved. No one is judging his salvation - that is up to God. But as a Christian, it IS my responsibility to point out when someone is leading another astray on Biblical teaching. I'm sorry, but if you don't repent (which requires asking for forgiveness of sins) you cannot be saved. If Trump is implying that you can be saved without that (which his statements seem to imply), then the Bible says he is wrong. If other people read his statements and believe repentance is not necessary, then he could be responsible for them losing their souls.
