I'm sorry you missed it.
(Al Gore said it; and I believe it!)
How true. We're wired to worship -- if not God, then something.
Hope you all are doing well!
Hoss
You DON'T??
Wow!!
That's a MUCH better deal than waiting in line to get the priest to give you another clean bill of health!
When I pass GO! I WANT that 200 bucks!!
And it doesn't further alienate a person who is not convinced (yet) that Jesus is GOD; in the flesh.
Whipper-snapper!
Unsourced 'facts' get in the way of Protestants.
I did indeed. Sad.
Happy New Year Elsie!
Hoss
So far; so good.
Except that the ducks heated water bowl is NOT doing it’s job!
Wow me too!. Your point? IIRC none of the Protestant heretics except maybe Koresh claimed to be or were the Messiah.
How old school Nestorian of you Elsie
LOL, why? That is not speaking IN tongues, it is speaking FOR tongues. Now, things like dinuguan and balut, I wouldn't wish those on anyone's tongue. Yuk.
:-)
Naw, we are his creation...We are not his children til we receive him...
Joh_1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
See??? You guys obviously don't even care what God says, you got it all figured out within your great intellectual minds...
It was the same Catholic Church that sealed the writings in 400AD through Augustine and Jerome to give us the Bible. These were the writings that were inerrant and infallible (the Protestant Bible). 1000 years later the Catholic tried to change it saying they made a mistake. Today it's whatever they want.
A Catholic parush = a denomination - That is the dumbest thing I’ve read on this post by far. Unlike Protestants where each pastor gets a say we have one Catechism.
Your funny
Jesus’ body and soul were hypostatically united to the Word—the eternal Second Person of the Trinity.
Which is to say that the Word functions as the Act of Existence of the body and soul of Jesus. The body and soul of Jesus have been, since his conception, perfectly sinless and immortal—the opposite of “from below.” When Jesus died on the cross, it was by a free act of his will.
This is orthodox Christological dogma.
Your notion that Jesus’ flesh was “from below” is heretical.
Thank you for reproducing my remarks, in which, you will note, far from calling people morons, I refer repeatedly to who is NOT a moron.
Uh-ho....guess which translation this is from??
DOUAY-RHEIMS
Well, verga does have one of them on-line certificates that shows he completed a course in the Greek language (I guess)...What does Jerome have???
I have trouble following their argument...They contend that the greek word means born (from) above, not born again (even tho their Catholic bible as well as all major bibles say again)......They must have come up with some secret Greek Lexicon that has the word 'from' inserted in there...
I don't know any Greek so I will assume they may be right...So I was born from above when I became a Christian...Now I was already born once at the hospital...So does this mean I gave up that first birth or was I 'born again' (but the second time born from above)???
Why not??? Muzlimism does the same thing...So does Druidism...
