I can actually picture my VERY lib sister (early ‘60s) and her book club members trying on hijabs at their little get-togethers...commenting on the fine texture of their recent acquisitions, giggling at their daring, giddy at the thought of wearing a full burqa. She’s a 2x Obama voter...and, will not to this day admit to the destruction he’s caused. “Submission” to the religion of piece will be an easy transition for her.
