Perhaps.

It’s frustrating though. Some of them totally fail to prepare even for the eventualities. Ice storms, hurricanes, other things that happen down here with some regularity. Then they are the very ones suffering and complaining because the muni water isn’t potable and ‘boil water’ is a joke if there’s no electricity either.
