Close papal advisor heads conference attacking Church’s moral teaching

On August 5, German Catholic author Mathias von Gersdorff posted some important information about an upcoming event in Rome on his own website: “In the meantime, the liberal camp prepares another conference in Rome, to be held on 10-12 September 2015, and which is to deal with the themes of the Family Synod of this Fall.” And he continues:

However, this time, it is not organized by the Germans, the Swiss, and the French. They had already convoked and hosted a similar conference at the end of May 2015, which had caused noticeable irritations. One even considered it to be a “Shadow Synod” and a “Secret Gathering” with the intent to plan the liberal agenda of the Synod in the Fall of 2015 in Rome. Indeed, there spoke [at that May Conference] some of the sharpest opponents of the Catholic teaching on marriage and the family. After comparing the upcoming conference with the well-known 25 May “Shadow Council,” von Gersdorff gives us some more information:

The most important Man of the Church at the September 2015 conference will be Cardinal Óscar Rodríguez Maradiaga from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. In spite of [sic] his Latin-American origin, Cardinal Maradiaga represents a strongly liberal position. Numerous speakers defend the abstruse positions of Cardinal Walter Kasper, such as, for example, the German theologian Eberhard Schockenhoff. The conference is being organized by the “International Academy for Marital Spirituality,” a clearly liberal institution. The intention of these new [strategic and tactical] initiatives and statements is arguably to remove the Germans [their liberalizing bishops and laymen alike] out of the line of fire.

Cardinal Óscar Rodríguez Maradiaga - "Gang of Nine" (Pope's kitchen cabinet).

Apparently he is being deployed by Francis to help strategize the advancement of the Kasper agenda.

Getting close to zero hour now...only about 8 weeks until the Synod. Time for the end game. Maradiaga to rally the troops in Rome and Francis to the US just one week before the Synod begins.

When Francis gives the opening address in October, the US media will still be in ecstasy over his visit and the propaganda deluge will be overwhelming. The "good bishop", "bad bishop" caricatures for the Synod will have been written large.

The Vatican will be supporting abortion on demand worldwide if it signs on to a Sustainability Development initiative coming from the United Nations. So far the Holy See supports it.

Hold on now boys.....

The ‘Catholic’ Church is called that because it is the Church created by Jesus Christ. It is His Bride. He is in control of it. Men merely try their best to give Him glory in their part in it and sin gets in their heart’s way.

Man hasn’t destroyed it before and he wont here.

Faith. Trust in Jesus.

This Church isn’t a copy of the Church, and improved man’s version - it is the real deal.

Faith and morals will not be weakened.

It has been interesting to watch some of the reports made by LifeSiteNews under Francis.

All true. However, in these strange times, it is necessary to distinguish between the Mystical Body of Christ versus the organizational structures of the Church, which are controlled in large part by churchmen who have clearly lost the Faith (or who never had it to begin with) -- man-made structures which are no longer in service to the transmission of the Deposit of Faith. Liberals/modernists currently control the leadership and the real estate, and they are systematically perverting the purpose for which the organizational structures were established.

Faith and morals will not be weakened.

Faith and morals have already been weakened post-Vatican II via calculated "pastoral" heteropraxy promoted by partisans of error within the Church, resulting in wide-spread error and apostasy. The same tactics will be employed in October. "Pastoral" recommendations will again be the method of attack. Though there will be no "official" doctrinal changes (providing cover for the revolutionaries and consolation for those who are unable to grasp the big picture) the end result will be a further undermining of doctrine via heteropraxy.

And although leaders such as Bishop Schneider and Cardinal Burke may see the problem with the most recent issue confronting us in October, they don't see the big picture either. Pray for some conversions in the Conciliar Church hierarchy.

There is much good that happens in the Church. Hopefully many will stick around to fight for what is true and good. I’ll stay until asked to leave.
