True, the teachings of Christ don’t change nor will they change. But the rcc has changed as previously noted.
The Catholic Church positions on faith and morals have not changed. Been the same way for 2,000 years. There will never be women priests, abortion, or sodomite “marriage”. Homosexuality acts will never be condoned. It’s not happening. Now if you want to see these things in a “church” there are many protestant faiths
where you can see all of it you want.
