Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Our Father in Heaven
Hallowed Be Your Name!
Thank You For Revealing Yourself to us through Your Word.
Thank You For The Insights that You Gave Your Patriarchs and Prophets,
So we can be guided by them,
Even to this day.

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

A lot of colloquialisms in our language can be traced to the Bible. This is because the Bible once had a daily presence in the lives of most Americans, even though it was not as easy to obtain one back in the days when the only "media" was Printed Books. Now, of course, we have digital media, instant publishing, radio, movies, TV, and Smart Phones, but it seems that the Bible is not as much a part of our lives anymore!

Before we had all kinds of medical names for Depression, there was an a phrase that a person was "Under The Broom Tree". This expression is about the same as "Having The Blues", and describes the state of mind that plagued Elijah after his stunning victory over the Prophets of Baal. One would think, "He slew all those prophets with the help of the LORD, yet he is afraid of a woman?" Certainly, Jezebel threatened to kill Elijah before this incident, yet here he was, running away!

It is often after our greatest triumphs that we are attacked by the enemy of our souls. Perhaps God has allowed us to see this incident in His Word, so that when we find ourselves "Under The Broom Tree", we can know that He is always near to the brokenhearted and will bind up our wounds.

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

This Symbol Represents Christians in The Middle East, who desperately need our Prayers.

Hallelujah and Amen
