They can chirp away all they want right there in Oregon- the man giving the gag order has NO authority to do so- none- period- it Is a CLEAR violation of constitution - there’s no need for them to move to another state- and infact should stay and fight this unconstitutional gag order- I was going to say ‘with civil disobedience’; but thinking about it, it wouldn’t even be disobedience, because they are doing nothing wrong, and it is the man who ordered the gag who is in the wrong
They are calling what the Kleins said “ advertising” and Oregon does not allow “advertising that services of a public accommodation will be denied on the basis of sexual orientation.”
It is ridiculous.
