A person's spirit is dead until God gives it life.

Are you saying, then, that Catholicism doesn't cleanse anyone's spirit? No wonder they're not sure if they're going to make it to heaven.

Being a member of some religious organization, without any idea if they are going to make it to Heaven, must be a bummer for them. I had no idea where I was going, when I was a catholic either. That's the biggest reason I am not a catholic anymore. Now, I have assurance of salvation. I feel sorry for those who don't, but it's their own fault. Ain't life grand? 😂😇
