Fwiw, I'm a non-denominational, sinful, struggling Christian and perpetual prodigal son and accounts/prophecies like this reach me, and make the supernatural real for me, in ways the usual Protestant vs Catholic battles never do.

One thing that catches my attention is how the accounts I've read from Fatima, Garabandal, Akita, the messages in True Life In God and now this, all are spoken/written in the same voice, the same persona saying more or less the same things across time, geography and culture.

I now know that's a detail that won't convince the Protestant skeptics, but it's fascinating to me, as are the things being said. In a way, you read one, you've read them all.

They all say the same things, warn about the same things and are currently being collectively ignored by our world to our peril.

I offer this message from TLIG as an example.

In it, Pope John Paul II is referred to as an obstacle to Satan to be removed. Fast forward from 1994 to today and we can see how things have been and are being progressed.

My Church will have to undergo all the sufferings and the betrayals I Myself had undergone, but Scriptures once more have to be accomplished when they say: "I shall strike the shepherd and the sheep will be scattered;" (Zechariah 13:7) however, obey this shepherd no matter what happens, remain faithful to him and to no one else; your shepherd will be struck ....

These interesting times have become prophetic times in our lifetimes.

What an astute observation!! Indeed, Mary's role is to draw people to her Son. Like a true mother, she cautions, admonishes and calls us to prayer and repentance. There have been many purported marian apparitions but not all have been approved. In fact, there are Nine Major Approved Apparitions.

You are not the only one. Your comment reminded me of a story told by Doug Gonzales, a former Nazarene minister. Not trying to suggest anything but thought you might enjoy Doug's story. He is quite amusing but, as a protestant, you can relate to his 'supernatural' encounter ; - ) I'm sure this will put a smile on your face. Enjoy!
