The episode is still available for viewing and is wonderful. It is a great example of showing the damned if you do, damned if you dont with media today in America. Ping!
I saw it the other day and thought he nailed it, but he didn’t seem like he had any conviction one way or the other.
I wish all Christendom of any branch would realize this.
Christian isn’t normal.
It is not normal any more than God’s name is “Okay.” (It is “Wonderful.”)
What’s normal is sin and aimlessness and heartbreak and frustration.
Has Jesus helped you and showed you a life that means something for His sake (speaking to anyone in Christendom). If so, please show it.
It looked anti-Christian to me.
It had all the youth appealing celebrities giving anti-Christian statements, bashing Jesus, feeding the left’s theme of Christians as haters and bigots and racists, even about Jesus, and nothing pro-Christian in any of it.
It looked like the typical liberal christian bashing.
I smiled a few times, but the steady parade of left wing media shills made it impossible to enjoy, even had it been at all funny. I do like some of his standup rants about food, btw.
bttt
It was normal when American families owned farms. And it isn't uncommon among America's recent immigrant families.
The college educated elites put off child rearing into their late 30s and 40s (or decide against it altogether).
His neighborhood may be one way but this is a very large country.
Speaking of oversized bibles, Hillary is going for the (black) church going vote. Is she going to borrow Bill’s prop bible?
He’s hilarious. If you’ve never seen his stand ups I encourage you to YouTube him. Especially “Hot Pockets”
“90 percent of my friends are devout atheists.”
