You assume a lot.
I have attended various services at Protestant churches. I have even spoken at one. People were friendly, but did not get the holy feeling of being with Jesus and receiving Him in the Eucharist as I do at a Catholic Mass.
Unfortunately we are not saved by our "feelings" ... feelings can be deceptive.. Mormons have what they call "their testimony "..usually their feelings.. Muslims and Buddhists feel holy. Ask a satanist how they feel after one of their ceremonies.. they would describe it as affirming their worship..
