Funny thing..I have found I can pray to the Father through the Son, anytime anywhere, as well ..
Heb 4:15For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin. 16Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
I find that I need help in order to “pray always” as we are encouraged to do by St. Paul. Luke 1:28, 42 directs some of that prayer. Six Our Father’s - the creed, meditations on 20 mysteries 18 of which are directly scriptural - these all focus my scattered monkey brain on Jesus. I also do the Divine Mercy Chaplet daily. You might look into that. I also listen to only Christian radio including K-love and the local Catholic radio. So my goal is to immerse myself in all things Jesus.
