Why waste time discussing - let alone arguing’ about it?
The Church began whenever it began and I doubt there was ever any opening ceremony or ribbon-cutting event.
Discussing it is navel-gazing and a waste of time. Aren’t their real problems to be considered somewhere?
It matters to people interested in the history of the Christian religion. It matters, for example, to me. Clearly, different people have different interests. I, for example, would not waste my time visiting a thread on a subject that does not matter to me and start arguing.
