Saturn’s day

I presume, then, in all your convos you NEVER reference "Saturday" in light of your comment?

Please explain then how do you get along at work, with family, with friends, in communicating times & dates with them if you steadfastly avoid using all names derived from false gods?

* Monday came from Germanic mythology where the "moon god" = Mani.
* Tuesday comes from Norse mythology re: its one-handed god, Tiw.
* Wednesday comes from the Germanic god Wodan.
* Friday comes from the Anglo-Saxon goddess Frige.
* Saturday comes from the Roman god Saturn (Anglo-Saxon rendering was Sæturnesdæg)
* January - Janus, Roman god of the beginning/doorway
* March - Mars, Roman god of war
* April - unknown, potentially Aphrodite, Greek goddess of love
* May - Maia, Greek goddess of fertility
* June - juno, Roman goddess of protection

So...tell us, delchiante...how you've managed to avoid offending or provoking our Jealous God by avoiding days and months and their names that honor and acknowledge these various pagan gods.

We're all interested in knowing what system you came up with steadfastly (and legalistically, if I might add) avoid such a thing.

And if you can't, may I suggest in the future that you may want to explain your inconsistent selective outrage over certain pagan words -- but not others?

Oh...and don't stop with these calendar days & months, either.

If you have EVER acknowledged April Fool's Day in any way (April 1), do you realize that this day may be a relic of the Roman “Cerealia” – held in honor of Ceres (goddess of agriculture).

And do we not get our very word "cereal" from this goddess? I suppose you legalistically refrain from using the word "cereal" -- or even eating of cereal, eh DEL?

And tell us, Del, how you steadfastly refuse to EVER reference a med prescription as "Rx"...given that the "R" in the symbol "Rx" used by Pharmacists for centuries includes the slant across the "R's leg" = the sign of the Roman god, Jupiter, patron of medicine.

My, my, my. Pagan, pagan, pagan. Have you thus inadvertently honored these gods of Cerealia & Jupiter? (Did you eat a bowl of cereal in the past week, month, or year, ?) Did you rename it first? If not, naughty, naughty, naughty "pagan" of you! [I'm wagging my finger as I type]

Today is the 5th day of His work week and the 13th day of His month..
That calendar is found in His sky and confirmed in His Word...

The Lamb was to be slain on the 14th day. That is tomorrow.

The Lamb was laid in the tomb and rested on the weekly and annual Sabbath of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The 15th day of His month. a sunday this year ( Jews in 2014 observed that on a Tuesday a day later than they will this year ( because of their pope approved Saturn day sabbath)

He rose from the grave on the first day of the week, the 16th day of His 1st month.the feast of first fruits. In 2014, that should have been a Wednesday if one observed the passover on a Monday as Jews did.. they use the pope Gregory calendar so their first fruits is always on a Sunday after their pope approved sabbath..

So, the calendar that is detailed in scripture says nothing about a Friday, Saturday or a Sunday..
But scripture does tell us when Passover is, when unleavened bread is, and when first fruits is..

And like I said, today is His 13th day..

Instead of Friday/Saturday/Sunday , this year should be Saturday/Sunday/Monday..

When one rejects the pope Gregory calendar, it becomes clear why Daniel had a prophecy about something in the Roman Kingdom changing times and laws.

And that is why the gospel of Christendom isnt based on scriptures.. but it is based on the Roman catholic catechism and their pope Gregory calendar..

The first reformers called the papacy the seat of Antichrist.. and the pope Antichrist.
And that was before the world used the pope Gregory calendar to set their work and worship schedules..

You ever wonder why passover appears to be on different days year after year even though scripture says He changes not?

I did.. and what He taught me brought to light why the word anti in Greek didn’t just mean ‘opposed’..
It also meant ‘instead of’/’in place of’/substitute..

Apostle Paul never taught good Friday,Saturday, easter Sunday.
That story is Roman, not Hebraic..

And it is fair to say I used to use Antichrist’s calendar (aka pope Gregory calendar) but I know now how much a slave I was..

And the calendar in scripture tells a story that really shows the Word became flesh and dwelt among us..

But I met Him as Jesus and He didn’t let me stay there..
And He didn’t let me hang out in judaism either..

And for the record, revelation 12 will tell you His real birth date too, if you study the free wall calendar He gave us in His sky..

Why stop at just good Friday false doctrine.. go for the other Roman holy day Christmas..
I now know what come out of her my people means. And as a protestant I always thought it was the roman catholic church..
Boy, was I wrong...
