You do and you have. It takes knowing Who Jesus really is...not guessing...not memorizing...knowing Him personally and being born of the Spirit as He told Nicodemus.
Some of you I don't think you Really know Jesus Christ. I know you guys except Seraphicaviary run around proclaiming you are "born again". BUT do YOU really know Him?
I had an experience 30yrs ago almost to the month. At that time I worked at a local factory and had a number of friends. Two of which where "born Again" Christians. there was times we talk about religion and Jesus Christ. Me being a Church going Catholic enjoyed the conservation and added to their viewpoints.
One day one of them gave me an invitation to their church for Sunday services. I said I appreciated his invitation, But I would be in church at that time and couldn't make it. Terry was the guy's name asked me what church? I told him St.Martins Catholic Church.
Then it began. I don't think they could deal with a Catholic who could talk about Christ in a religious conversation. Because the attacks against my Religion began. It has been awhile so I don't remember all the details. I just remember one day I was asked what I and my religion believed. I said we believed in Jesus Christ. He told me the demons in hell believed in Jesus Christ!
I was stunned then and now that someone would say that!
I need to say this at this point A few months earlier my father in law a "devout Catholic" that I was close to was killed in a traffic accident.
I was depressed I couldn't understand why would anyone attack my faith?
All I know that night when I went to bed something Wondrous happened.
When I was asleep I was transported to a place of Wondrous Bright White light! I could feel it. It was Love, that is what heaven is. While I stood there I felt someone's arm on my shoulder and I turned to my left and saw my dead father in law. He was not looking at me but straight ahead.
I turned and looked at was he was looking at.
Jesus Christ was there in front of me!! It is hard to describe the experience except His hands where to his sides outstretched and golden rays came from Them and hit me!
You can't imagine The LOVE I felt and experienced there. I haven't been the same since. I'm not some evangelist preaching across the country. I'm just some sinful guy working for salvation.
I do know I have a different outlook on life different from what you have.
I do know this, Stop attacking the Catholic church. We believe the way to Salvation is through Jesus Christ. Our biggest Mission is to Save the people who have NOTHING as for as ANY kind of Religion in their lives!!!

How did Jesus love those trapped in a false work based religion??

Luk 6:26 Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
Luk 11:42 But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Luk 11:46 And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.
Real love is not allowing people to wallow in false doctrine with a false Jesus ... Jesus never did that
