And that where
Satan tell you to QUIT READING.
"ALL SCRIPTURE is given by inspiration of God [meaning, 'God-breathed'], and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" (2 Timothy 3:16).
1 Thessalonians 4, this scripture says NOTHING about going to heaven!
It says "in the clouds."
"Behold the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoils shall be divided in the midst of thee.
For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished;
and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
Then shall the Eternal go forth, and fight against those nations, as when He fought in the day of battle.
And His feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east,
and the Mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west,
and there shall be a very great valley;
and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south" (Zechariah 14:1- 4).
"And when He [Jesus] had spoken these things, while they [the disciples] beheld,
He was taken up;
and a cloud received Him out of their sight.
And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up,
behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said,
ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven?
This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen Him go into heaven" (Acts 1:9-11).
"Behold the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoils shall be divided in the midst of thee.
For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle;
and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished;
and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
Then shall the Eternal go forth, and fight against those nations, as when He fought in the day of battle.
And His feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east,
and the Mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west,
and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south" (Zechariah 14:1- 4).
There is plenty of evidence in the Bible that
the Kingdom of God will reign ON THIS EARTH !
"But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the House of the Eternal shall be established in the top of the mountains,
and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people [physical human beings will still be alive on the earth during that day!] shall flow unto it.
And many nations shall come, and say,
Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Eternal, and to the House of the God of Jacob
and He will teach us of His ways and we will walk in His paths:
for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the Word of the Eternal from Jerusalem.
And He shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off;
and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks:
nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
neither shall they learn war anymore.
But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree;
and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the Eternal of Hosts has spoken it" (Micah 4:1-4).
Read Isaiah 2:2-4; Matthew 24:21, 22; Isaiah 11:4-12; and, Revelation 19( all of it).
"Rapture" ... not one word of that in the Bible!

Argue with someone else. I was citing as passage which refers to the dead and living caught away to meet the Lord. I will not argue with obstinate people who want to brow beat folks to their mindset. Your extensive post is clear indication of your agenda. Bye bye.
