I was under the impression only MAN could be saints since that term is only used about man and in specific those that are saved.

Gabriel is an angel, how can he also be a saint???

Beautiful! And thank you for making this a caucus!

The words of Gabriel who "stands before the Throne of God" were spoken by Jesus as well: Nothing is impossible with God. In a life of pain, loneliness, illness, poverty, those words give me hope: not so much that my crosses in life will be taken away, but that there is an Almighty God Who loves little, old, nobody me: and I can do all things in Him Who strengthens me. Sometimes that just means being able to get out of bed- or wanting to: but it is that hope in Him that keeps me going.

But also September 29 is the feast day of St. Gabriel, shared with the two other Archangels Sts. Michael and Rapheal.
