The Tetrad of Four Blood Moons: A series of four consecutive total lunar eclipses, with six full moons in between, and no intervening partial lunar eclipses, all falling on consecutive holy days of Passover and the Feast of Tabernacles. This rare event has happened only seven times, so far, since 1 A.D. and has sometimes coincided with important events in Jewish history.
The sun will be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of Yahweh comes.Total Solar Eclipse of March 20

Of course, the entire event is done by the time Sol shines on North America.
Isn’t this “four blood moons” stuff promoted by John Hagee, who once claimed that Jesus was not the Messiah and never claimed to be?
If a guy can’t get the first principles of his religion right, I have no interest in what he has to say about the more complicated or obscure aspects of it.
“John Hagee, who once claimed that Jesus was not the Messiah and never claimed to be?”
Would appreciate quote and source.
Yup, and Jewish tradition says a lunar eclipse is a bad omen for the entire world, while a blood mean means trouble or significance for Israel.
I find it amazing what is happening globally since these moons have appeared. Some “ mere “ coincidence.
John Hagee that I knew, and know, would not ever make a silly statement about Jesus not being the Messiah. He may have some extreme positions that some feel make him a skeptic, saying that Jesus was not the Messiah is hogwash..:Hagee wouldn´t say that.
2014/2015 A.D. (rise of Islamonazi caliphate?; all nations unified against Israel?; rapture?)
Well, the four preceding occurrences coincided with specific, miraculous events favoring God's people and hence the well-being of the world. Islamic caliphate and the world unifying against Israel is already in process, will continue to metastasize, and certainly is not a benefit to Christians, Jews or the world. So unless theres a change in the pattern, maybe it will be something else.
We are certainly in the last days and I expect that Christ's return will happen probably this century. But I have reason to believe it will be several decades before Jesus appears to take us and it all comes down here on earth. So what miraculous event could take place in the next two years that could have lasting benefits to Christians, Jews, and the world in general?
How about miraculous rebirth of freedom in America? This is one thing many others and I look for and would, IMO, require a series of unforeseen but welcome occurrences:
1) a spiritual awakening in America and a renewed love for and deeper understanding of the Bible as the Gospel of the grace of the Lord Jesus,
2) a reawakened love and understanding of the U.S. Constitution as the Rule of Law in America, the only legal bastion of freedom against tyranny and only authority of federal power and,
3) the subsequent dismantling of the unconstitutional part of the federal government (probably about 80%, about $3 trillion worth).
Any one of those things would be a major event, but why not all three? It would certainly be a huge series if occurances, but we have a huge God.
The new method of keeping the calendar became out of sync with the original calendar over time. When the Jews returned to the land of Israel in modern times, a society was formed to reestablish the original calendar even though the country of Israel still continues to use the calculated Rabinnical Calander to this day.
Well this year, both calendars align. That seems pretty significant to me, especially considering it's occuring during this event of the four blood moons occuring on four consecutive High Sabbath Feast days.
The Almighty has his ways...
Btw, according to some Biblcal scholars Yeshusa/Jesus was actually crucified on Passover (i.e., April 4 of this year - the first blood moon of 2015).
“The solar eclipse will happen on the ecclesiastical new year. In other words, the Hebrew calendar new year (1st of Nisan) begins March 20 at sunset, starting the Hebrew year 5775.”
The beginning of the year 5775 of the Hebrew calendar was September 25, 2014. The next year, 5776 starts with Rosh Hashana on 9/14/15. Hebrew calendar is out of sync with modern calendar because its based on lunar and not solar cycle. As a result, a Hebrew year is only 354 days, but it is adjusted periodically by adding a month so that the holidays still conform to the seasons.
This year (5775) is a Shemitah year of nullification and occurs every seven years. The March 20 eclipse occurs in the middle of 5775. The nullification years have apparently been associated with major events such as economic collapses. Generally speaking, the worst collapses occur at the end of the Shemitah year which is typically in September or October, and Wall Street is very familiar with the Sept/October curse.
BTW, the last trading day of 5775 is 9/11/15.
Source links don’t work.
From a promotional spot for his book In Defense of Israel: "Since Jesus refused by word and deed to claim to be the Messiah, how could the Jews reject what was never offered?"
Looks like the John Hagee that you knew, and know, is very silly indeed.
Sorry, I hadn’t seen your post when I answered rovenstinez. See above.
Doesn’t the Bible expressly say Jesus was crucified on the passover, which was our Friday? The next day was the Sabbath, our Saturday.
Yes, it is against all odds. But I have reason to believe something unforeseen and unexpected short of His return for us will happen soon, bless many, and least a few decades.
Interesting. Around about last September, I have been building an arguement for state nullification of unconstitutional U.S. federal government acts. I didn't know this was the "year of nullification." I sure its meaning was for something else, but an interesting coincidence nonetheless.
Well, it says he was crucified on Passover, but it says the next day was a “high day Sabbath.” That means it was a special feast day, not a Saturday.
