Whether President Barack Obama is truly a Christian has been a hot topic for debate recently, especially after the mainstream media attempted to trip up pro-life Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker on the question.
The question of whether anyone is truly a Christian person has more to do with faith than anything else. Does the person in question truly have an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and acknowledged the fact that he died on the cross to save humanity from our sins and bridge the gap sin caused between ourselves and God.
While that question has more to do with worldview than someones actions, pro-life blogger Matt Walsh argues Obamas actions speak louder than words and, despite the presidents declaring himself a Christian, makes people question the veracity of his claim to faith. And nowhere does Obamas actions stand more starkly at odds with a supposed Christian faith, Walsh contends, than on abortion.
Heres what Walsh has to say:
Many left wingers and Barack Obama sycophants are fainting over Gov. Scott Walkers recent comments where he said doesnt know if Obama is a Christian.
I disagree with Walker. I think we all know for sure Obama isnt a Christian.
I dont blame Walker for punting, but its rather sad that questioning the presidents faith (even though he didnt) is somehow considered out of bounds. Why shouldnt we question it? The president deserves to have his faith questioned. Walker was generous, really. I think we do know a thing or two about his religion, and we know that whatever it is, it isnt Christianity.
Scripture tells us that we shall know a man by his fruits (Matthew 7:16), and that many who speak His name in public will be told to depart from Him in the end (Matthew 7:23). Its clear that being a Christian, therefore, is about more than simply declaring it verbally. That faith in Christ, if it is real, must manifest itself like fruit from a tree, and become something tangible and experienceable.
Now I dont mean to turn this into a homily, but it is interesting to note that Jesus said by their fruits you will know them. So far all this talk about how we shouldnt judge others, it seems that Christ is specifically telling us to make judgments about a person based on what they do. How else could we come to know a man by his actions?
If you declare verbally that you are Christian but then insist that Christ has called you to do any number of atrocious things, it is obvious that you are either lying, or you are adhering to some version of the faith that bears not even the vaguest similarity to anything that might be considered Biblical Christianity.
There has never been a mainstream politician, much less a president, as vociferous about infanticide as this man. While a state senator, he supported every single piece of pro-abortion legislation he came across, earning a 100 percent grade from Planned Parenthood and NARAL. In his crowning pro-choice moment, he opposed a bill to protect infants born alive during an abortion. To be clear: he was, and by all accounts still is, in favor of executing infant children by decapitation or lethal injection if they manage to survive an abortion attempt. Any thought that he might have softened that position vanished during the Kermit Gosnell trial, when he refused to categorically condemn and denounce what Gosnell did.
Walsh goes on to describe Obamas pr-abortion record at length but says the kicker is when the president had to audacity to ask that God bless the nations biggest abortion business. That, for Walsh, was beyond the pale.
And, possibly most damning of all, in what I believe is the quintessential and, though this is saying a lot, the most despicable moment of his horrible, deadly reign, he attended a Planned Parenthood fundraiser (first president to do that) where he wished for God to bless the abortionists in attendance (not bless them that they may repent, but bless them that they may continue their genocidal mission).
In the end, Walsh says he gives Obama the benefit of the doubt because hes operating on evidence and isnt God.
But what do you think? Does Obamas actions betray his supposed Christian faith? Is his massive support for and promotion of abortion evidence that he is truly not a Christian or is he, like so many of us on other religious or spiritual issues, simply wrongheaded and, in good faith, missing it on a Biblical principle while still adhering to a Christian faith?

Thanks, NKP_Vet, for posting this!
Ping!
I think he’s an atheist like his mother and grandparents (and communist mentor). His actions have proven that he neither respects nor worships any god but himself.
Real practicing Muslims may not use any of the text from either the Old Testament or the New Testament to build up their arguments for the ideological positions they take, but may only rely upon the words of the Koran as their guide. However, they are perfectly free to use “taqiyya” a technique by which is is acceptable to lie to non-Muslims about the aims and objectives of Islam.
Islam does not recognize either the Ten Commandments or the Golden Rule, and their “theology”, insofar as any coherent sense may be made of it at all, recognizes only three states for humanity.
The Noble Islamic Gentlemen, which includes the scholars of the Koran and the persons whom they have anointed as the rulers of men, constitute the highest rank of these three states. There must be a profession of faith in Allah, a god of questionable virtue, and a declaration that Muhammed was his only Prophet, discounting every other prophet known and unknown from all the rest of the history of mankind.
All other humanity, including the entire female gender, is cast into either of two remaining classes, the Dhimmi, who has chosen to be subservient to the obvious and unquestionable superiority of Allah to all other forms of worship, according the Prophet ultimate authority through the words of the Koran and the various Hadith renditions of meaning based on the Koran, and subordinating themselves in a state of slavery to the Noble Islamic Gentlemen.
The lowest state of all is the Kufir, the unbelievers, who deny the obvious superiority of Allah, and as such, are fit only to be summarily executed without appeal or any mercy on the part of the Noble Islamic Gentleman, if they refuse to change their spoken declaration.
While the Current Occupant wishes to be looked upon favorably by the Noble Islamic Gentlemen, and perhaps in his heart is wishing for some way he could come right out and declare himself one of that number, he probably could best described as a Dhimmi, willing to subordinate whatever other faith he may have in another religion sometime in the past, to the obvious superiority of Allah, and the impeccable wisdom of the Prophet.
In the days when Communism was a serious contender for the ultimate world domination ideology, the Current Occupant would have been a “useful idiot”, one who trumpeted and proclaimed widely the virtues of Socialism, but in the event of an actual socialist takeover, he would have been among the first to be marginalized, either by being sent to a “re-education” camp, or simply executed. The more enthusiastic Dhimmi serve much the same purpose for the World Caliphate.
And would be dispensed with just as easily.
The reason Obama’s enthusiasm for abortion will not be brought up by lamestream Republicans is that they don’t want to be in the position of saying that Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, or Cardinals Wuerl, Dolan, and O’Malley are not Christians, even though they clearly are not.
The lamestream Republican mantra is that “there are good people on both sides of this issue.”
Yeah. Just as there were good people on both sides of gassing-Jews issue. Or there were good people on both sides of the fugitive-slave issue.
No member of the Democrat party is a Christian, or can possibly be saved, because it is the baby-killing party.
And there is a huge wing of the Republican Party that ranges from overtly pro-abortion to viciously anti-pro-life to wanly anti-pro-life. None of those people is a Christian, either.
The press wants everyone to believe the President is a Christian, because that would make him...good. And Scott Walker, who is the son of a Baptist pastor is...bad.
But at the same time the press believes that to be Christian is...bad, and that being muslim is...good. And the President is telling everyone that being a muslim is...good.
There must be more drunkards in the press than we know.
Never mind Axelrod outing him over the marriage lie.
Note the doublethink: Obama’s good due to being Christian, but Christians are bad due to being Christian. Goodlib bellyfeel AmeriSoc.
I think that Obama recalling the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent is a clue that he is not a Christian. From a 2007 New York Times article .
Obama: Man of the World
By NICHOLAS D. KRISTOF Published: March 6, 2007
He once got in trouble for making faces during Koran study classes in his elementary school, but a president is less likely to stereotype Muslims as fanatics and more likely to be aware of their nationalism if he once studied the Koran with them. Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.

Barky’s an atheist with Muslim sympathies.
There is absolutely no evidence that Oblowme is a Muslim
He hasn’t beheaded a single infidel while in office, he has not mutilated either of his daughters visibly at least, and he has no homo houseboy unless you count Anderson Cooper.
Obama voted against the infant born alive act. In other words, if a baby is born alive by a botched abortion, Obama wants the abortions to be sure to kill it anyway.
He said during a Planned Parenthood fundraiser that he celebrates abortion.
0bama’s shrine is a full length mirror.
Whatever Obama’s religion is, he has the amazing ability to make Christians act like Muslims.
(I know what his religion is, and it’s not Islam or Christianity)
You believe every media lie you read? I am sure he did not say them with a first-rate accent the media always flatters him. Do you also think he is good at basketball?
Something strange going on here. This url has worked many times before but no matter what I enter it shows up with a semicolon at the end when I click on Post. It will not link directly to the article.
If you want to view the Kristoff NY Times article, copy and paste the url below and delete the semicolon at the very end and then enter the letters amp
Let me know if that works.
Obama’s pastor, Jeremiah Wright, was a former Muslim and black nationalist. He got his masters in Islam in West Africa. Why would such a man appeal to Zer0 and become his mentor? Huh?
