I would think if she were "discredited" for embezzling $1 mil, she'd be in jail right now. I see no discredit.

Right now, you have her making unproven allegations against her employer, and her employer making allegations against her. Thus proving my point that in cases like this, you need to be very critical in examining the claims on BOTH sides, and not accept either at face value.

You may see no "discredit", but there is no reason to credit either account at this point. Let the legal process play out, and maybe some actual evidence will be presented.

My point is, this goes back to 2011, 4 years ago. If she embezzled $1 mil, I would have thought that she would have been brought up on charges, not just fired.
