Oh I do, to everyone who’ll listen! :-)

Some people are so steeped in the teaching they’ve heard all their lives, that it’s a slow process of planting a question here and another one there. But if we can get them thinking about something they never heard from their preacher and never thought about, maybe they’ll start exploring the Scriptures for themselves.

Many people have never heard the gospel, only parts of it - which isn’t the gospel at all. One way to tell is by whether they react the way people in Acts reacted when the gospel was preached. The gospel preaching in the Bible worked a sifting of the hearers, and left no one in doubt of his condition.

In an online forum such as this, it’s hard to know who your audience is until/unless someone replies. But I’m willing and eager to discuss the gospel with anyone, whether publicly or privately.

So thank you for the encouragement! Are you interested in continuing the discussion? Everybody else seems to have left this thread (being more interested in bashing Catholics or Protestants, it seems) so it’s just you and me. :-)

Sounds good, thanks for your reply!

I sometimes will save a thread and post on it when I get time.

Sometimes the reason we are in a group (church meeting, Bible study) is to fill in the blanks about the Gospel that isn’t complete enough coming from the pulpit.

Keep up the good work for the Kingdom!
