I don't believe so. I had thought there was a process by which the college of cardinals could convene to remove a pope who is a manifest heretic, but my limited research into the area seems to say otherwise quite unequivocally.

Even if there was, expecting the college of cardinals to remove Francis would be like expecting the congressional black caucus start an impeachment motion against Obama.

I didn’t think there would be a means of removing a Pope. Sort of wishful thinking from a non-Catholic. Francis is making more and more forays into what are really political matters. Of course, one can find Biblical verses to justify church invovlement in most anything. He definitely wants to issue guidelines for governments to follow in their policies concerning weath redistribution and enviromnental matters, real or conjured up.
