I entered the Music ministry in 1981, and the first songs I learned were by Andre Crouch. I had the album that you pictured, and since, at the time i couldn’t read music, I just played the grooves off that thing to learn the songs.
RIP, Andre.

That song that I pasted — MY TRIBUTE ( TO GOD BE THE GLORY ), is considered one of Crouch’s most well known gospel songs and has been covered by many other artists.
I have heard the following versions ( with Sandi Patty’s version as my personal favorite, next to Crouch’s ):
Sandi Patti
Phil Driscoll
Darlene Zschech
The Oslo Gospel Choir
Marilyn McCoo ( formerly of the group the 5th Dimension )
