If any Catholic still had any doubts that this is NOT a holy man or Vicar of Christ, but rather a instrument for global socialism, this encyclical should put them to rest.
Being “Vicar of Christ” does not depend on the Pope’s holiness or intelligence. It is just a title attached to his office. He can be as stupid and destructive as he likes, without losing the title.
We’re I a Catholic and if one of my fundamental beliefs was that the Pope was infallable then I think I’d be changing up religion over this.
