How about, "The Holiday House" where one is forced to listen to people complain: too much food to cook; too many people to cook for; too many gifts to buy; too many decorations to put up; too many elderly people to look after. It's surreal, especially when there is no sign of a Nativity scene, nor mention of why every one is celebrating. No thought that some of the faces at the table will go home, alone, to canned tuna, unable to put up a tree for themselves, haven't the means to buy gifts and long for the company of the elders who have passed.

And what of the homeless who haven't even a place to live?

It's all too easy to forget! Rich or poor, let us be grateful to God for even the smallest blessings, as well as the Greatest of these: His Only Son!

WHINER WORLD

No need to limit it to the holidays. This level of hell is reserved for the dissatisfied. Those who are blind to the blessings that have been bestowed on them.
