Hey look the Exam of Conscience over and if any fit then make the Act of Contrition and if you are of contrite heart you sins will be forgiven by Christ not me.
The three things for proper contrition:
1) a thorough Examination of Conscience,
2) sorrow for having offended the Lord,
3) a firm purpose of amendment that you will try to avoid that sin.
plus you pray the Act of Contrition:

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee. And I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of Heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, Who art all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace, to confess my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen
