Me: Holy Inspired Scriptures is the standard in which we test truth claims on doctrine, church conduct, discipline, and traditions.

You: That is false, heretical and anti-scriptural statement. If it were true, the Holy Scripture would have contained something like that. It doesn’t.

How many times are you going to deny what I stated above was substantiated with Holy Scriptures especially 2 Tim 3-4? Also how CynicalBear pointed out a large sample of early church fathers saying the same thing.

2 Tim 3-4

Like in

But continue thou in those things which thou hast learned, and which have been committed to thee: knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And because from thy infancy thou hast known the holy scriptures, which can instruct thee to salvation, by the faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture, inspired of God, is profitable to teach, to reprove, to correct, to instruct in justice, That the man of God may be perfect, furnished to every good work. (2 Tim 3:14-17)

This begins by reminding Timothy of the value of tradition, things that "have been committed to thee", presumably by St. Paul. It then explains that the Holy Scripture is inspired -- "all" of it, including the Deuterocanon that the Protestants decided to toss, no doubt, out of great love for the Scripture. The scripture can instruct, St. Paul continues, and is "profitable" in disputes and education; a priest cannot be perfect without the knowledge of it. All that is Catholic teaching. Anything I missed in "Tim 3-4"?
