Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Abba, Father Who Art in Heaven,
Blessed Be Your Holy Name!
How we love to sing Your praises,
To Lift Up Your Holy Name in Worship,
For You Alone are Worthy of Praise.
For You are Holy,
Righteous and Just,
And Glorious in Majesty!
You Alone Are The One True God.
Perfect in All Your Ways
Ancient of Days,
King of Kings,
And Lord of Lords!

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

We have just been introduced to Abram, and this is the first story we have of him! Even in its cultural context, this was very bad behavior.

Abram and Sarai were, in fact, half-brother and sister, so it was not a total lie, but sometimes a half-truth is even more damaging and duplicitous than an outright falsehood. Obviously, Abram cared more about his own safety than either Sarai's, Pharaoh's, or even the entire People of Egypt. He would have a long way to go before becoming the Patriarch of Monotheism!

Stories like this show us that Abram was a man like anybody, and quite able to act in a stupid or even evil manner. It also demonstrates that the Bible, which shows its heroes "warts and all", came to us by Inspration. If it were just a person writing the stroy, he probably would not have included this!

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

This Symbol Represents Christians in The Middle East, who desperately need our Prayers.

Hallelujah and Amen
