Those poor aborting baby killing women suffer only the guilt of killing of their little baby. But if they believe in Jesus, they go to Heaven.
No, they also suffer from the absence of their child the rest of their lives, as does the father of the child, whether or not he knows it. And they suffer potential lifelong physical damage.
This does not, of itself, prevent their eternal salvation, but these harms are nonetheless real.
