You do understand meaning of the sheep and the goats...right? The sheep are those who are saved....the goats are the unsaved.

A follower of Christ should naturally be producing the kind of fruit as noted in Matthew. It is evidence of the changed life. However, it is not what changes the life. It is the grace of Christ, His shed blood that cleanses from all sins. If it were about our works we would have something to brag about which would contradict what Paul has written in Ephesians. The Apostle to whom Christ appointed to preach the Word to the Gentiles would get this wrong or contradict Christ.

The ones He condemned to Hell were those on the left. The unsaved.

One that says they have faith in Christ but does not have a regenerated heart (regenerated by God alone), and therefore because of this does not act, was not of Christ and shows their lack of faith by their lack of works. Works does not lead to Christ it is evidence, when done by a Christian is a product of their faith.
