I am making a general post to no one in particular. Women have gained upper over men because they do not need men for anything now. The office work does not need to be done by men. The work has been usually done by men is being done by women. Women have power but they do not have children at the replacement rate. Even foreign nationals who come to the United States cease having children at the replacement rate.
