Man, we are nitpicking our scripture. Yes, God loves the world and everyone in it. I am sure he also loved Judas, but do you think Judas went to heaven? He could have, if he repented and asked for forgiveness. But the Bible does not tell us that.

Jesus died for everyone's sins. True. But he also said that people will be shouting out his name as the doors close and he will say go away, I do not know you.

So yes, Jesus died for our sins and God does love the world. But you have to love back. You have to recognize Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. It is not a one way street.

MY reply is in relation to GrandJediMasterYoda's comment of, "Islam is the devils answer to Christianity so why would God love Muslims?"

The question was not necessarily theological nor the answer ...

Of COURSE there are variances of result depending on what you do with Jesus

Nitpicking scripture? Seriously? You’re going to argue about Gods word because you don’t like parts?

Jesus died for everyones sins. We are not to judge whether someone is worthy but are tasked with communicating the message and get out of Gods way.

Someone who ‘nitpicks’ scripture should worry about themselves before preaching to others.
