The hypocrisy of some Catholics seems never ending. Wasn't it Pope PaulVI that went to the Mosque to pray? And yet we see this in their canon.

Canon 1258 It is not licit for the faithful by any manner to assist actively or have a part in the sacred [rites] of non-Catholics.

And then this.

Whoever in any manner willingly and knowingly helps in the promulgation of heresy, or who communicates in things divine with heretics against the prescription of canon 1258, is suspected of heresy (canon 2316, 1917 Code,).

And this.

One who is guilty of prohibited participation in [non-Catholic] religious rites is to be punished with a just penalty (canon 1365, 1983 Code).

Yet we see the popes actively participating in Muslim and other prayers etc.

I am not surprised. With the radical left changes that has taken place in the EC in the USA, it has ceased to be truly Christian.

So Luther thought the Turks were sent as punishment for faithlessness of the church. Interesting because I believe that all nations that practice human sacrifice are invaded and their nation destroyed doesn’t matter what religion. Just as I believe anyone who fights an enemy of Israel or the Church delays the worldwide rule of the anti-Christ.

Question for all, how will the Muslims react when the anti-Christ proclaims he is God? Don’t forget, there are people in heaven from EVERY tribe and language.

I always go off the beaten path (can’t concentrate) so when looking up the verse in Revelation for the people in heaven I was reminded of the 7 hills, 7 heads, 7 kingdoms and the 8th that was to come again. I wanted to see what everyone said about the kingdoms and kings.

The 7 kingdoms are listed as

1. Babylon- the “lion”
2. Persia- the “bear”
3. Greece- the “4-Headed leopard”
4. Turkey
5. Syria (Assyria)
6. Egypt
7. Rome

Which one will rule again? Iran? (Jarrett hopes so.) Anyway, while the Catholics and Protestants argue on this thread about each other, here is a quote from the 7th Day Adventists:

“Right around the time that the Pope Pius was taken captive, we see another beast coming up out of the earth with 2 horns. No crowns on these horns. This beast was representative of America, the 2 horns symbolizing Republicanism and Protestantism. America was founded as a constitutional republic and had declared independence from King George and England in 1776.”

So, stop fighting with such ridicule. Worry about the log in our own eyes. Satan is in every building that professes Jesus and those that don’t.

True Traditional Catholics recognize the contradictions that you have pointed out.

I was recently asked by a close relative of mine to actively take part in his non-Catholic wedding. According to Traditional Catholic teaching, no can do. And it hurt like a you-know-what to say no to him.

Meanwhile the post-Vatican II popes would have encouraged me to say yes.

More from HuffPo:

Washington National Cathedral Plans To Host Muslim Prayer Service

"What struck me was how he could look at our building and see his mosque. That was a powerful moment."

Just Damn. Has Rev Campbell ever read history? Or perhaps used the Internet?

Conversion of non-Muslim places of worship into mosques

The north transept also has limited Christian iconography, which the Cathedral said provided an "ideal space -- almost mosque-like -- with the appropriate orientation for Muslim prayers."

Oooh, almost mosque-like!

Men and women will likely be separated within the space and there will be special seating for elderly worshippers, Campbell said.

Gina, get to the wimminfolk section--that's just behind the goat pin, and cover your head infidel!

Meanwhile, maybe they can bring in former Episcopal Priest Ann Holmes Redding while they are at it.
