Nope...this is what the poster said.

"Didn’t she lose her salvation by taking her own life? Denying God’s will? A sin of the Holy Spirit that is unforgivable either in the Confessional or by God."

The denial of God's will encompasses all sin. When we sin we go against God's will. Hence, based on catholic teaching, no sins are forgivable as all sins are against God's will.

No, the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church is that any sin that is repented/confessed is forgiven.

‘Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained’” (John 20:21–23).
