Wasn’t it Fr. Groeshel who said Purgatory is a suburb of heaven or hell depending on how you look at it?

Years ago I had the pleasure of attending Seminary and took a class on the "Divine comedy" taught by a native Italian priest. If you get a chance read it, and pay attention to the "Purgatorio." The images of the souls longing for heaven are amazing.

Thank You. I have heard of that, but I never have read it. When i was a kid it was to scary. Now in middle age it’s something to learn to embrace.
