But for me it raises more questions, like if nobody prays for me what happens for me?

You may be surprised to learn that there are communities of catholic religious and even lay people, like myself, who offer up daily prayers for the souls in purgatory who have no one to pray for them. This Sunday is the Feast of All Souls. Around the world, catholics will be praying for ALL the souls in purgatory, not just for catholics. Rest assured of our prayers!

I always pray for my family members and friends who are deceased as well as the poor souls in purgatory who have no one praying for them. I’m glad to hear others do the same because out of my three children, all raised as Catholics until 18, only one still practices the faith currently. I’d hate to just need a few more prayers to get to Heaven and find no one praying for my soul.
