Classifying those who disagree with Osteen as *legalizers* or *religious dogmatics*, is not worthy of a Christian.
Osteen *nervous* in his interviews? I don’t think so.
He spends way too much time on TV and in front of cameras to make those kinds of rookie mistakes, and if he does, then he needs to get himself WAY better grounded in the word.
Salvation is by trusting and receiving. Even the demons believe in God, and tremble.
Osteen does not preach the gospel. He may teach *accepting Jesus* but that does not equate to salvation especially if the reason you’re doing it is for material gain.
God didn’t provide salvation to us to feed the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, and that’s what virtually all the prosperity gospel preachers are appealing to.
Jesus preached and taught more about hell than heaven. To leave out the penalty of sin and the need for repentance and confession, will not save anyone.
The person who knows he needs God can be and will be saved. Those who don’t ever see their need for God’s provision of salvation for their desperate need, will never come to that point. Nor will those who treat God as a sugar daddy.
What did Jesus say the criteria for going to heaven was? Your long drawn out rant really has nothing to do with salvation.
