My friend,
That is “after” at the end, when He returns (Zech 14:1-4, Matt 25:31-46). Some Jews will receive Messiah by the Two witnesses ministry including the 144,000 Jews (Rev. 7,14). But the majority will not (Ezek. 39:26, Rev. 11:8) as they did 2000 years prior as a nation rejected their Messiah and crucified Him (Isa. 53, Matt. 27:25)
The Key word in verse 26 is “after” which speaks of this time period from Matt 24:15, Rev. 13 to Messiah’s return Psalm 2, Zech 14.Rev. 19:11-21). After this time when the Two Witnesses ministry ends (Rev. 11:7-19) and anti Christ begins his reign (Matt. 15:15-21, Rev. 12, 13). The Last 3 1/2 years (Rev. 13:5).
At the end of the age God will send angels to gather Israel from all around the world and those saved of Israel will enter the Kingdom and will be restored (Jer.31:33:34, Zech 14, Rom. 11:25-26)

26 After that they have borne their shame (Zech 12:10-14, 13:6,9), and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me , “when” - first 3/12 years - they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid (Ezek 38, Rev. 11:3-7).
27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies’ lands (Matt. 24:31), and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations (Deut. 28:13, Isa 2:1-4, Micah 4:1-4, Zech. 14)
28 “Then” shall they know that I am the Lord their God (Zech. 12:10-14, 13:6,9, Rom. 11:25-26), which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen (Matt. 24:15-21, Rev. 12): but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there (Matt. 24:31).
29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them (Zech 13:9): for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord God (Jer. 31:33-34).
