This is just the beginning. He will stack the deck with appointments like Cupich in Chicago. Watch how quickly Cupich is made a Cardinal while Archbishops like Chaput in Philly get passed over. His goal is to get a majority of his buddies on the College of Cardinals so as to control who gets selected as his successor.
