...”Bloody awful scene. But PRAISE GOD for it! Believers in Jesus Christ are eternally thankful!”....
The awfulness of that scene should reveal to us the ugliness of our sins.... Too often sin today is “colored” as if it’s not that offensive to our ‘Holy’ God.... He’s become “small” rather than the Majestic and Awesome God that HE is......the Almighty God...the Alpha and Omega...the Beginning and the End...Our Great High Priest...Savior, Redeemer and coming King of all Kings! HE IS the Great I AM that I AM!
“Be still and know that I AM God.”......
And THAT’S our responsive reading for this morning.
