That is probably why schools like Christendom and Hillsdale don't do anything with federal student aid: e.g., they don't accept Pell grants nor do they cooperate with guaranteed student loans.

Yes that would be the next objective. It would seem it is timely for churches to start budgeting as if they did not have tax-exempt status, so they are not caught out when it happens. I’m quite sure it will a hot issue in 10-12 years time.
