Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Abba, Father Who Art in Heaven,
Blessed Be Your Holy Name!
How we love to sing Your praises,
To Lift Up Your Holy Name in Worship,
For You Alone are Worthy of Praise.
For You are Holy,
Righteous and Just,
And Glorious in Majesty!
You Alone Are The One True God.
Perfect in All Your Ways
Ancient of Days,
King of Kings,
And Lord of Lords!

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

The Raven and the Dove in the Story of Noah have become archetypes that are instantly recognizable all over the world. The Raven, a scavenger, was perfectly content to fly around and wait until the waters receded. Thus, it has become the Symbol of Impending Doom, and the Inevitability of Death, and has been immortalized in Art and Literature (particularly by Edgar Allen Poe), as a harbinger of darkness.

The Dove, on the other hand, has become the Symbol of Peace, with the Olive Branch in its beak.

Remember, though, that the first time the dove ventures out, she has no place to settle her feet, because of the raging waters below. In Our Study of Water in the Bible, we learned that troubled waters represent the GENTILE NATIONS. As we look at Israel, being denied peace by the Raging Nations around her, it gives this Sunday-School Story a whole new perspective.

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen
