Are you kidding? It’s from Matthew 19 — a Catholic Church document. The person being quoted is Jesus Christ. The text is quite clear.

When will Catholics get over the idea that they own the scriptures?

We don’t “OWN” the Scriptures. But in view of your own church -— whatever it is -— wouldn’t you call it a Church document?
