...the predatory sodomite would have gotten by with his filthy act if the kid had been over the age of 17. There was a time in this country, and it was not too long ago, when sodomy was a crime and you were going to jail if you engaged in it. You did see that he was fired, and not transferred to another radio station?

Only because the kid was underage. A few years ago the exact same charge with a grown man would have gotten arrested and fired.
